Add this smoothie to your morning routine to give your hormones a healthy boost!
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup mixed greens (can substitute spinach or Romaine lettuce)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon chlorophyll
1/2 tsp. raw coconut flakes (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender in the order they're listed. Blend until smooth. If you like your smoothies colder, add 3-4 ice cubes. You can also add a little water to create your desired consistency.
