True Confession: When it comes to eating, I admit breakfast is the worst meal of the day for me. I’m usually so busy trying to squeeze in every little task I can before leaving the house that it’s pretty much an afterthought.

Not good, I know. My mom gave me the same advice yours did:

“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”

So why do we assign the same importance to eating breakfast as we do to scrubbing the toilet?
