Food Focus: Watermelon Pizza Pie
This recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next cookout.
Ingredients large whole watermelon 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced into circles 1 container blueberries (or any berries) large container vanilla Greek yogurt unsweetened coconut flakes
Cut a 1 1/2 inch circular slice of watermelon. Then cut into 8 "pizza" slices. Add a thin layer of yogurt and then decorate each slice with slices of kiwi, blueberries and finish with a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes. You can use any type of fruit you like. Add whatever you like and make it your own.
