Have no fear…we have simple instructions in the Detox Guide for how to wean yourself off coffee. Honestly, all that caffeine isn’t doing your body any good and by the end of the program, you will have learned not only how to release the toxins that have found their way into your organs, fatty tissues, and blood but how to choose whole foods that give you lots of natural energy without the need for caffeine.
Today’s Action Steps:1. Write down three goals you have for your program results. Why are you taking part in this program? Stay focused and you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.
2. Print out your program materials. These tools will make the program easier to follow and will be a handy reference to keep in your kitchen.
