Hi Friend,
How are you? Ready for change? I know I am. We're entering Spring in my neck of the woods and that means longer days with more time outside. Last week's warmer temperatures allowed me to start my Spring clean up early — which I love. Leaves were raked and bagged. Sticks broken down and put in the fire pit.

The sticks have been a bit of a challenge this year because our new puppy, Titus, has decided it's part of his food group. He cannot be swayed by treats or play when he sinks his teeth into an old, dried out oak branch. He's a rebellious little chap!

Dogs and sticks aside, I'm writing to invite you to a free Walking Challenge to kick off a new season. We start on April 1st and you're invited to join us. I've created a group on Facebook to help keep everyone connected. You may be there already if you saw my earlier Facebook post about it. 

To keep everyone motivated, we're doing some mini challenges leading up to the walk. The first is a Hydration Challenge: drinking 1/2 your weight in ounces daily. We have lots of information on why you'd want to do this and plenty of people to cheer you on. This week we're adding greens to our meal plan at least once a day. We'll add another challenge next week (all are cumulative) and then start the Walking Challenge in April.
