Changing with the Seasons

You’re doing so well, my friend! I hope you're still following the 11-Day Suggested Meal Plan and introducing just one simple food at a time. You may have noticed symptoms already after reintroducing foods, or maybe you’re still feeling great! 

Either way, take note. By taking the time to reintroduce foods, you’ll be able to really understand your unique healthy blueprint. Best of all, you can use this technique for the rest of your life, because now you have the tools to get in tune with your body’s wants and needs as it changes season to season and throughout your lifetime.

Keep in mind that as we age, as life changes, and as the seasons change, the foods that work for our bodies will change as well.

Remember most of all: food either fuels you or inflames you. So, remember to access the right fuel so you feel amazing, recharged, and ready to take on the world with every breath you take.

Our goal is to get you to be the best version of yourself – happy, happy, happy PLUS absorbing all your fabulous nutrients.

The health of your gut is essential, so let’s make sure you aren’t eating foods that inflame you!
