Keep on Tracking!

You may or may not have been eating gluten-free grains during the last 8 days, and, by using your Food Diary, you may have already noticed that you were intolerant to some foods. This is all such great work! 

As you get through this transition phase and continue to introduce foods, be sure to pay attention to your body along the way – you’ve already done so much hard work!

Of course, if you learned you are intolerant to any food during the program, then please omit it from this phase. We are here to decrease inflammation, restore your digestion, and improve your metabolism one step at a time.

Again, your Food Diary is vital to helping you learn what fuels your body and what inflames it.

Please document in detail how you feel as you add back in foods, including how you feel both physically and emotionally.
