Welcome to Day 3 of the Prep phase!
How are you feeling today? Have you felt a little fatigued or experienced some afternoon crashes while eliminating caffeine and sugar?
This is totally normal, especially if you’re eliminating items cold turkey. Your body is prepping for a healthier way of eating and you may feel a little worse before you feel better. This signifies the start of the toxin cleansing and your body is adjusting. You’ll be amazed how much better you will feel as you progress through the program.
By taking these little steps day by day, you'll notice how your body will react and how you'll change the way you feel one day at a time.

1. Look at the Detox Support Tools in your guide and choose one specific tool to try today.
2. Spend an hour before bed relaxing. Turn off your electronics, take a warm Epsom salt bath (or other tool of your choice) and be at peace with yourself and let the stress fade away.
