Hi Friend,
Previously, we explored ways to boost your immune system and stay active during fall. This week, we're focusing on staying comfortable with the unpredictable fall weather and keeping your skin healthy and hydrated.
Fall weather can be quite unpredictable, with varying temperatures throughout the day. Dressing in layers is a practical way to stay comfortable no matter what the weather throws at you.
Here’s what to consider: Base layer: A simple t-shirt or light long-sleeve. Middle layer: A cozy sweater or fleece. Outer layer: A jacket or coat that’s easy to add or remove.
Fall’s cooler temperatures can dry out your skin, so it’s time to give it some extra TLC. Moisturizing is key to keeping your skin healthy and hydrated.
Here’s what you can do: Moisturize: Use a natural lotion or cream daily. Humidifier: Consider using one at night to add moisture to the air. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to hydrate from the inside out.
Stay warm and stylish, and let’s keep that skin glowing! Next week, we'll talk about the importance of prioritizing mental health during fall and making the most of daylight hours.
If you need more tips on how to dress for the season or keep your skin healthy, schedule a discovery call with me.
Warm Regards, Kat, ND
