Woo hoo! Today is the final day of the program, can you believe it?
You’ve managed to soar through the entire program, overcoming major obstacles, and working towards reaching your goals. I couldn’t be more proud of you!
Your body is going to love you for finally taking care of it.
Today, I want you to think about how you can reward yourself for a job well done during this Detox program. The key, however, is reward yourself with a non-food item! Whether you celebrate by getting a manicure and pedicure, buying a new outfit (maybe a size smaller!), or booking a day-long vacation at the spa – you deserve every bit of your reward!
Today’s Action Steps:1. Continue to write down how you feel in your food journal after you add in a new food.
2. Continue to ask for support from family, friends or me.
