Welcome to Day 6 of the Transition phase!
You’re only one day away from completing your program (unless you’ve extended portions of the program). How are you feeling today? Can you believe you’ve come this far? Have you noticed your pants feeling a little looser? Energy increasing throughout the day? I can’t wait to hear all about it in the support group here.
Today we will continue to add in dairy with the Cranberry Basil Salad in your meal plan booklet.
Today’s Action Step: 1. Continue to write down how you feel in your food journal after you add in a new food.
2. Remember to share your experience with the group and ask others how they are feeling too.
Next Step:
• Keep meal planning! This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Stay on course, find your favorite meal recipes, and get shopping.
• Find a new detox support tool to try.
