Welcome to Day 3 of the Transition phase!

Today, we’re going to be adding another potentially allergenic food to your diet – nuts!

A word of caution…nuts and peanut allergies are among the most common food allergies, so if you have already been diagnosed with a nut allergy, do NOT introduce nuts to your diet!

For others who have no known food allergies, introducing a small amount of nuts is safe. We’re just looking for some of the common symptoms that would indicate a food allergy or intolerance.

Today’s Action Steps:

1. Continue to write down how you feel in your food journal after you add in a new food.
2. Share your experience with the group and ask others how they are feeling too.
