Welcome to Day 4 of the Prep phase!

This is the last day to wrap your mind around the program and to cleanse your kitchen of anything on the DO NOT EAT LIST. I’m so proud of you for putting YOU and your health as a top priority in your life! I hope you’re just as excited to get healthy, once and for all.

The next step is the Detox Phase, which is where you will see the results of your hard work.

During the next seven days, you will completely eliminate the foods on the DO NOT EAT LIST, which you already started to reduce, only now we are taking it up a couple notches.

Be sure to check in with the private Facebook page and ask questions or share your concerns. The whole community is here to support YOU!

Today’s Action Steps:

1. Create your grocery list and go shopping.

2. Print out the food diary from your guide.

Next Steps:

• Clean and prep your new fruits and veggies so they’re easy to grab when you’re in a rush.

• Plan the next day’s meals and mentally prepare your mind for this new way of eating.
