Welcome to Day 7 – the last day – of the Detox phase!

I am so excited that you've made it this far but remember…this is NOT the end of the race. You do NOT revert back to your old habits tomorrow. Whatever you've started, even if it's just one small thing, stick with it.

You’re creating a new lifestyle for yourself so you can age in a healthy manner, hopefully free of illness and with abundant energy.

Tomorrow we start the Transition Phase, which is when we introduce new foods and watch for histamine reactions. You’ll see right away if these high allergenic foods trigger a histamine reaction, which can result in splotchy skin or rashes, weight gain, headaches, mucus in your stools or foul-smelling stools, bad breath, low energy, congestion and more.

Stay in tune with your body and continue to track how you feel in your food diary.

Today’s Action Step:

1. Dedicate today to self-care. Do something special for yourself today. I want you to be 100% present and aware of how your body is feeling and reacting.

Next Step:

• How long do you sleep at night? According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ideal time to sleep is between 10PM and 6AM. Try going to bed earlier and keeping your electronics in another room. Put your cell phones on airplane mode to reduce EMFs (electro-magnetic frequency). Remember to unplug completely at least one hour before bed to allow your brain to calm down.
