Welcome to Day 6 of your Detox phase!
Journaling is a wonderful way to cleanse your soul and your mind of your fears and negative self-talk.
Today I would like you to take a journal, a notebook, or a simple piece of paper and write down negative thoughts that are consuming you and release them onto the paper. Work through what is bothering you then you'll feel lighter, not only physically but emotionally as well.
You can also call up positive emotions if you write down your hopes and dreams for the future. Thinking about the endless possibilities will likely get you excited. Again, you’re releasing those dreams and focusing your mind on the positive.
Today’s Action Steps:
1. Practice emotional journaling.
2. Get outside and do something fun!

• Start meal planning for next week. Choose new recipes or stick with the ones you already like.
