I recommend you drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water, so if you weigh 120 pounds, you should drink 60 ounces of water.
Yes, it sounds like a lot but your body will thank you and soon your body will crave that much water. Walk around with a 24 ounce BPA-free water bottle and you’ll surprise yourself how quickly you reach your goal. You can even put colored elastics around the bottle to represent a certain number of ounces. Remove the band each time you drain the bottle.
Today’s Action Steps:
1. Concentrate on drinking water. Your cells and organs need the hydration to function properly and your skin will glow.
2. Schedule exercise as part of your daily routine. You don’t have to run a marathon but walking or yoga will do your body good.
Next Step: • Look at the labels of your cleaning products and beauty products. If they use harmful chemicals, it’s time to toss them and replace with chemical-free alternatives.
