Friend,
How is the transition going so far? As we continue Phase 3, please make sure you are using your Food Diary, noting how you feel, both physically and emotionally, after you’ve eaten a food.
Look for clues such as a drop in energy, bloating, bad breath, clogged ears, poor sleep, joint pain, mood changes, rashes, stiffness, or tightness in the chest, to name a few.
Remember, this is the time we are taking a deep look at each of the foods you are consuming, as even “healthy” foods may not be healthy for you.
If you feel bloated, I suggest having:
• Warm lemon water or coconut water to decrease the inflammation from the response to the food you consumed • Dandelion or nettle tea to support liver and kidney function • A green juice or smoothie (try pineapple, 1/2 banana and spinach or other greens)
