We Are What We Think
You have accomplished so much already and we’re not even done yet! Hopefully you’ve realized just how much there is to learn about your body and how to improve your digestion, your skin, and your immune health – and you never having to worry about counting calories again! And all because we are simply eating clean.
As we near the end of Phase 2, we wanted to talk more about you and your Success Kit to ensure long-lasting success.
There are so many times we have set out to accomplish goals, but for some reason we stop or we do not follow through. This is not going to happen to you.
You are here for ultimate success, and I am here for you to help you make that happen.
Today, we are going to dive deep.
If you have seen the movie “The Secret” or “What the Bleep Do We Know,!?” you may understand on a deeper level how we are what we think. We attract the very things in our life that we think we are worth our energy and effort. Winter is a time of going deep within and pulling out the rubbish, the junk that does not serve you, and releasing those stories that simply are not true.
So, let’s face it. We all have this type of mind chatter. Today, we are moving past that, and deciding to attract more of what we deserve.
We want you to go into the Success Kit today and revisit your Power Questions.
This is your homework for today. It’s time to get clarity on the good stuff in your life and uncover the hidden beliefs that may be stopping you from achieving ultimate peace in body and mind.
Wallace D. Wattles, author of “How to Get What You Want,” wrote:
"People fail because they think, objectively, that they can’t do things, but do not know, subconsciously, that they can do them. It is more than likely that your subconscious mind is even now impressed with doubts of your ability to succeed; even these must be removed, or it will withhold its power when you need it most."
Let’s get your beliefs to match your present life. This is where we take the plunge into the full on cleansing of body and mind.
