Good Morning!

I am so proud of you. You have made it 5 days into your detox program. How do you feel?

Often, the added detoxification can put added burden on the liver and detoxification pathways, so we want to support these pathways daily.

Have you been using your Daily Detox tips? To support the liver beyond your morning lemon water elixir, you can do the following:

• Drink warm or room temperature lemon water throughout the day
• Drink dandelion or milk thistle tea for extra liver support
• Add dandelion leaf to any smoothie or add to a salad

To support lymphatic function, make sure you are drinking your mid-day Cranberry Flush:

• Drink unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate 30 minutes after your snack. Feel free to drink this twice a day if it makes you feel good
• You can add 4 ounces of coconut water if you are feeling dehydrated

Often, we think detoxing is just about a physical response within our body, but often it can bring up a lot of emotions. To help process any emotions that come up, please journal, use the Ultimate Success Kit, and reach out for support to friends, family, or a therapist. Remember to do some deep breathing, move your body, and stay focused on you.
