We’re at the halfway point! Exciting! So, how are you feeling?
It’s important to realize that your cells are regenerating every three days, so your job is to support this process by doing the Daily Cleansing Tips and making sure you are taking a good probiotic.
We introduced you to Dr. Mercola earlier who did a great job teaching you about the importance of probiotics, but now we want to introduce you to Donna Gates, another teacher at nutrition school.
We learned so much about cultured foods and the importance of them for your digestive tract, and this is also really important information to share!
Remember, your cells can regenerate properly when your body is free of toxicity and unwanted pathogens. Cultured foods are an ideal way to decrease toxicity, add good bacteria, and support proper bowel elimination. Who knew?
