| | | These days, stress and tension seem to be relentless. Busy schedules and always being “on” leave us with little to no resilience when it comes to dealing with anything extra that gets heaped onto our plates.
Which is why I’m always on the lookout for ways to help alleviate stress and the emotional toll it takes when we’re under pressure for long stretches of time.

It also has a few key elements that I think are helpful:
- Lavender, Magnolia, Neroli, and Sweetgum provide stress-relieving effects while Wild Orange and Spearmint energize and uplift.
- Copaiba and Rosemary are known to soothe anxious feelings which most of us deal with on a daily basis.
Whether you’re feeling fatigued (stress has a way of wearing us down and causing exhaustion), restless, indecisive or irritable, Adaptiv is a great essential oil to add to your toolkit to help your body and mind stay balanced.
