Having just sent you my email regarding the Karatbit Exchange I got this from Brian (apologies if you are already and also subscribed to Brian's alert list).

I don't work Sundays but I have had so many people contact me with the same issue I had to send an update.
Basically people are clicking on "deposit unival" and are getting a message saying "not available" This does not mean that it is not available! (Believe it or not!)
It means that your browser window is blocking the pop up which makes the Karatpay window appear.
Click on "deposit" again and then look at the top of your browser, there will be a small icon with a red X in it. You need to click that and allow pop ups. (see image below)
Now the Karatpay window will appear and you can add your unival.
Please remember that 0.1g of cashgold is 1 unival.
1gram of cashgold is 10 unival.
From there you just complete the transaction. This is really great technology linking the websites but a simple thing like this can really confuse people. Once you have stopped the blocker it won't happen again.
Please pass this information on to your teams.
Other Issues
There is a Karatbars wallet on Google play / Apple store but I have not mentioned it because I am not satisfied that it has been tested yet. I am not going to be the one who finds the bugs in it so I have left my KBC/KCB in my Myetherwallet account.
You can use the Karatbars wallet if you like but that's your own choice. Only when I am 100% happy will I recommend it to my team.
Sometimes what I don't tell you in my newsletters is just as important as what I do. (If that makes sense).
Scam emails / Facebook pages**** It is obvious that there is a lot of value in Karatgold coin, KBC and KCB because the scammers are working flat out to try and steal everyone's coins.
There is only one official Karatbars Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/karatbarsinternationalofficial/and Karatbars are not sending out any emails with offers so don't click on any emails you receive.
Only take instructions from your Karatbars, Karatgold.sg and Karatbit.com websites.

As I understand from the Telegram group
the offer to get $500 of free KCB ends tomorrow at mid day 5th November so make sure you have transferred your $500 of cashgold or cryptocurrency to the exchange by then to get your free $500 of KCB. If there is anything else urgent I will let you know. There is a brilliant incentive starting weekend to win a free trip to Frankfurt on 30th November but I don't have the details yet. As soon as I know you will know.
