Here are some more tidbits I learned from Oprah's and Deepak's 21 day meditation series (Manifesting True Success). In a previous M&M Insights, I referenced the acronym SMART that Oprah & Deepak taught on. I wanted to share the "R" which refers to "record your progress." We record our progress when it comes to our business/work as well as our health/fitness so we can monitor our development. When it comes to our personal growth, how do we measure or record that progress? We do this by paying attention to and noticing our inner growth.
Oprah expands on this when she says, "By recognizing the ways in which we are being transformed, we firm up that transformation and establish that change as something real and useful to our forward progress. Without this kind of deliberate affirmation and confirmation, subtle yet profound spiritual experiences can be casually disregarded and forgotten. If they are recorded and registered in our mind, they can be like sprouting seeds that can continue to grow.” What are your thoughts?
Here's an affirmation/centering thought from this that you can use: I can feel myself growing every day.
