I found this article to be quite interesting. I do think that Facebook is indeed in competition with Youtube. Facebook already has changed it algorithms and settings to give credit to and show more to your friends the videos you post directly to Facebook rather than sharing a YouTube or other video site link.

Here are some more tidbits I learned from Oprah's and Deepak's 21 day meditation series (Manifesting True Success). In a previous M&M Insights, I referenced the acronym SMART that Oprah & Deepak taught on. I wanted to share the "M" which refers to "make everything measurable." We can only make intelligent, informed decisions when we get reliable, measurable feedback on our progress.
Oprah said, "By evaluating our work in measurable terms, we remain in control of our progress, our time, and our resources. We know where to cut back, and where to redirect our focus and energy. Most importantly, by making everything measurable, we can make smart decisions that are aligned with our values and worthwhile goals." What are your thoughts?
