I am an investment banker and a real estate investor in Kansas City area. I, through years or working both of these industries, have developed quite a list of "cash buyers" Ilooking for junker wholesale property deals in the area. They are typically able to close in less than 2 weeks, for cash. As is properties. I have about 118 domestic and international buyers, but I have one BIG problem. I don't have enough inventory, EVER.
