An opportunity was introduced to me and I wanted your opinion? There is a property in, comparables would indicate three bedrooms two baths would be after repair value of 160000. The two bedroom one bath house that exists on the lot now is in so bad disrepair it needs to be torn down and hauled off. This would be a teardown and rebuild. The seller is also $7,500 in tax arrears. What would be a good offer? Would anyone even be interested?
