I have several teams on our Acquisitions team that are absolutely wonderful at acquiring great property deals. One of those teams is run by a man named Isaac. Isaac uses his own proprietary methods and script. He is a top producer with our company. And this team almost never has a slot open on it, but it does right now. If you are interested in working a proprietary phone script and calling leads provided to you, for a split of the deal, this is the shot for you. This is a virtual work from anywhere position, but it is no joke. You will be trained and taught and managed on I-16, by Isaac, and paid 15% of the deal. This is some pretty good money for doing one piece of the work. There is someone else who visits the properties and analyzes the deals and closes them. You would be responsible for one task and one task only. Being a master at using his proprietary script, after he trains you.
