I'm no Lawyer, but accessibility (ADA in the US) is definitely a thing these days.
and....PowerPoint has made tools for accessibility available more prominently in their newest update.
And I made sure to cover it in our new PLR set of PLR Videos.
It's a tricky angle, but if your audience is concerned about these things, you can make them aware.
I went with that angle yesterday.
