We
did some fabulous Inner Child alignment work yesterday (12th July- session
recording is already available) and are gearing up to work with today's GAP Day
energy which is aligned for play & creation with the energy of the
'Blue Monkey'.

You could be forgiven for wondering if you had lost the plot with the energy surge of the past week - headaches, nausea, sinus congestion, digestive issues and the accompanying deep fatigue - again! Nothing about the past week felt necessarily 'light' or playful, but that is lifting now.
This past weekend's powerful full moon with accompanying CME certainly left a lot of people flattened. The weaker our planetary magnetic field gets, the more open we are to solar and cosmic energy influences, planetary and personal. Our physical and energy bodies have to upshift to enable us to 'meet' these energies and the enhancing consciousness they faciitate.Of course one of the advantages of constantly refining our consciousness (the 'diamond' journey!), is that we become more attuned to the cosmic influences & therefore are less inclined to take things personally. We are more able to 'read' the environment & intuitively know when there is a big shift or energy 'download' happening so that we can respond appropriately.
it's one of the reasons I love working within the natural time cycles of the Tzolkin & the GAP Days as these provide us with additional support for integrating the strengthening energies, and provide us with an appropriate lens to focus on specific frequency adjustments. Yesterday's GAP day was all about pure unconditional love loyalty and welcoming 'new companions' for our journey - so our focus was on various archetypal aspects of the inner child, where our ability to connect with this love had been sidetracked through our own childhood, and enabling the most appropriate inner child expression to step forward to facilatate play and new creative potentials. Today's GAP Day (Blue Monkey), connects us with the energy of humour and play, which are so important for our creative flow. Both of these GAP day energies are perfect fuel for the upcoming August 8 Lion's Gate & they combine over the 21 Aug Solar eclipse...which really signals our 'real' new beginning in this 1 year. It is when that which has been stagnating is allowed to come to the surface....much has been seeded and is germinating within our unconscious this year, which many have experienced as 'I know that something really exciting is coming, but I don't know what it is yet"! The passage between the February eclipses and August's solar eclipse on 21st has been energetically very busy, combining new downloads together with old clearings (and creating an internal energetic 'chaos' of sorts that is now clearing)
Our Diamond community transmissions and work with the GAP days in particular, feed the new unconscious seeds and support you in bringing them into flower...
As we move through July into the fiery energy of Leo, we have a cosmic push to drop the baggage and birth yet more of the new.People are waiting for you! The real YOU, the shining you. The creation that IS YOU.

Understanding Kundalini
It was a spontaneous kundalini awakening that fuelled my own spiritual journey & so many of my experiences were not even touched upon in much of the mainstream writings about kundalini. It took me many years of research & a lots of seemingly unrelated experiences to build up a big picture and deeper understanding of this process. This was one of the reasons that I put together what I simply called 'The Kundalini Awareness Program' which has been invaluable for many. One of the most common responses from those who have been through the program is 'I didn't know that what I was experiencing was part of a kundalini awakening'.
This is a very powerful, natural and divine force that has a multitude of phenomena associated with it.
Be aware that there is a current surge of kundalini activity at the moment
as this is the 'season' for heightened flow. This may be creating a lot
of internal heat, tension, inner sounds and smells, unusual energetic
phenomena, vivid and highly symbolic dreams (especially of fire, snakes,
serpents, devastation & decay), surfacing fears, heightened
synchronicities, clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient abilities,
along with surges of bliss and joy intermingled with odd states of
depression. How this divine force works through you is as unique as you
are, so be very aware of the subtle shifts and changes in and around
you.
