Many of you will be asking the same question as me - "How did it get to be December so quickly"? There is a distinct sense of time compression and expansion, of periods of no-time interspersed with periods of accelerated 'time'. It's all an aspect of the disintegration of the system & the constructs we have been living within.
Tomorrow's Solar eclipse brings with it the likelihood of radical and unexpected changes or upsets in order to expand awareness. It is an opportunity to utilise all of your senses to sharpen your intuition and discernment, which ulimately lends itself to growth and maturation, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually.
It is also a deep developmental period of strengthening the heart-mind connection, balancing both - the heart leads and the mind follows - but we function with both.
Kaypacha's 'mantras' are so aften highly pertinent in relation to the energies we are experiencing & this is his sharing for this solar eclipse :
"Life is feeding me misinformation
So that I develop my intuition
In order to separate truth from illusion
as the next phase of my evolution"
This says it all really. In the mirror of external vs internal, this is a battle of mind vs heart. This demands of us courage and fortitude, acts of bravery and daring like many have never known before, born of a courageous heart that places truth above all else and refuses to compromise. More than that, it asks us to trust our heart, our intuition and internal knowingness that no matter what, we will be 'safe' within our own beingness and the light it emits!
The influence of these eclipse energies will be with us for the next 6 months.
There are a couple of global initiatives I have seen promoted at the moment that are worthy of mention and designed to uplift and further amplify the energy of love through this holiday season!
1. 21 days of Gratitude
For the next 21 days, make a point each day to find something you are grateful for. Write it down in a journal, put different colour sticky notes up on a gratitude board, have a 'Gratitude Jar' that you can put your gratitude notes in to - whatever works for you! It is well known that focussing on what we are grateful for helps to elevate not only our own vibration, but positively impacts those around us.
2. 21 days of Service
It is also well known that random acts of kindness or being of service to others, uplifts all parties involved - both the receiver and the giver. I know that many of you already do engage in this on a regular basis and am aware of lives that have been graced as a consequence. So, this is a focus for the next 21 days for us all to find or focus each day on one small act of service or kindness to others. IT doesn't matter whether it is big or small (that's always a judgment anyway!), it doesn't matter whether it is family, freinds, acquaintances, neighbours or even the animal/plant kingdoms - simply engage one act of service each day as we lead up to the xmas holidays. We can impact our world positively, one small act at a time :)
