Clearing and Transmuting Negative Energies :

Dear Friend
During the special Beyond the Ordinary Show on 19 Jan., I was guided to use a process with the Black Diamond to help transmute negative energy. It was an 11th hour decision to do this and I realised only after flowing with it how meaningful this was in light of the US presidential inauguration the following day. There is a great deal of negative emotion that has been stirred up within the planetary collective and this is causing many empaths to feel an inner disturbance, an upwelling of uncharacteristic negative emotional content causing imbalance.
The process used helps you to maintain equanimity in the face of all that is going on around you and to hold your own space through the emotional chaos.
