The quote above describes current experiences for many, with the shift and turnaround between the different states occurring pretty rapidly. You must have noticed so much of the 'high strangeness' in what is occurring as we bear witness to the weirdness, cognitive dissonance, denial and obfuscation of facts in favour of ideologies, the illogicality of many 'woke' agendas, strange actions by the UK Royals - things are all rather odd at the moment! There are anecdotal reports of elephants and other animals moving to higher ground over recent weeks, and a number of states in the USA declaring a 'State of Emergency' on mainstream news channels ahead of the solar eclipse in April. There was the famous FB downtime a few weeks ago that had people in a spin (I thought I had been hacked), and a number of banks and supermarkets here in UK suddenly experiencing digital system failures (Cash only for a day!). More strangeness!
Concurrent with this and in discussions with others, many people are experiencing this weirdness in their bodies. There is a great deal of 'restlessness' and inability to focus in for specific tasks for any length of time, with no obvious reason for the weird internal feelings. What is interesting, however, are the levels of sophistication being used by 'those who wish to control' in their attempts to derail our inner stability.
Lori Ladd summarised it well in a recent post :
"These
systems are smart. They use distractions in order to keep us out of the body.
They use
dopamine hits in order to keep us addicted.
They use
confusion in order to keep us divided.
And they
use fear to keep us disempowered"
While I don't 'follow' LL, this post popped up in to my awareness as I was asking questions as to what is happening and I resonated with it.
The theme of our equinox class on Wednesday (20th March), is "Finding Higher Ground" - metaphorically speaking of course. There is a deep and refined recalibration happening for those of us holding space for a new culture to emerge & the Higher Ground provides a point of stabilisation to calibrate against.

I will be traveling to the USA on 24 April until 2 July (It has been 4 years since I was there, so YAY!..)
I will be based in Tampa, Florida & likely facilitating the following in-person workshops while there :
