Subject: Why setting boundaries can be hard

Hi Friend,

There are so many reasons that setting boundaries can be difficult for people, including:

Not wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings
Not having the right words to say
Not wanting to risk starting a fight
Not knowing what your true needs or boundaries are
Not wanting to seem rude or mean

But…

If you don’t set a needed boundary, you can end up feeling resentful, drained, or used and mistreated.

Setting boundaries is an art that can be learned with practice.

In our next Horse Circle Workshop on May 7th, you’ll have the opportunity to practice with a horse, and with the support of a trained coach.  (The horse won’t be bothered when you set a boundary — promise!)

It’s a safe space to discover new ways of approaching boundaries.

Each of our Horse Circles is a one-of-a-kind experience.  In addition to plenty of “ah-ha!” Moments — spending time with the horses is such a treat!

The workshop will be on Saturday, May 7th from 10AM to 1PM at a beautiful ranch in Apopka.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email.

I hope you’ll join us & the horses!

To Setting Healthy Boundaries,
Kim
