Hi Friend,
I had a big surprise 10 years ago when I discovered there was something negatively impacting my overall mood -- and I had absolutely no idea!
When you think of things that tend to make you feel anxious or grumpy, you probably think about the obvious culprits -- interpersonal conflicts, stressful work tasks, worrying about family members, etc.
There are other potential mood influences that might not seem so obvious. Things like: television programs, food choices, the amount of sunlight you're getting, the quality of your sleep, etc.
In my recent interview for the Happiness Solved podcast, at the 10:50 mark I talk about the big surprise I got 10 years ago, and the positive impact that discovery has had on my life.
You can click here to go directly to that portion of the interview.
I invite you to ask yourself, "What types of things could be negatively impacting me that I might not be aware of?"
You don't need to have an answer right now. Being willing to ask the question allows your mind to consider new possibilities.
Wishing you many happy surprises,
Kim
