We all go through times when having gratitude isn't easy.
I went through one of those times very recently -- truly not fun!!!
In a new YouTube I share how I stretched myself to find some gratitude anyway, even in the midst of feeling completely miserable.

Studies have shown that gratitude lifts your spirits and makes you feel better. Plus, gratitude helps you to savor the moment, leaning you in the direction of joy.
