Have you ever watched Hummingbirds going from flower to flower?
They are often associated with joy because they are nourished by sweetness.
I was fortunate to be able to watch hummingbirds every day on a recent vacation. There were bird feeders at the outdoor restaurant. It was such a treat to spend time enjoying their delicate beauty.
I also noticed that their behavior gives us 2 important clues for experiencing more sweetness in life.
