Dear Fathers and Mothers,

Do you ever feel overwhelmed with the busyness of life? Are you stressed and worn out, or have you become frustrated with the mundane?

Consider Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11:28: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” 

If you are longing for a still, quiet place to refocus and spend extended time with the Lord, we invite you to join us for a Journey to the Heart! The Fathers’/Young Men’s Journey will be May 4–11, and the Mothers’/Young Ladies’ Journey will be June 1–8, 2024. Both will be held in Big Sandy, Texas.

Through the Journey week, you will have opportunities to meet with God in prayer, meditate on Scripture, hear encouraging messages based on His Word, and be challenged to say “yes” to the Lord in each area of your life.

The Fathers’ and Mothers’ Journeys are scheduled to occur at the same time as the young peoples’ Journeys in order to help attendees save on expenses by traveling together to Big Sandy. Please note that, although these Journeys will be happening at the same time, they will be hosted at different locations on the campus and run separately.
