The famous English cricket-player-turned-missionary C.T. Studd was used powerfully by God in China and Africa. He made an amazing discovery that changed his life forever. Listen to what he found in his own words: “I realized that my life was to be one of simple, childlike faith, and that my part was to trust, not to do. I was to trust in Him and He would work in me to do His good pleasure. From that time my life was different.”
What a difference it makes in our lives when we realize the “secret” to living the Christian life is found in simply trusting and relying on Christ, Who then works in us to accomplish His good pleasure. The purpose of the Journey to the Heart program is to provide a time and place for this generation of young people to unplug from the busy things of life and discover, like C.T.
