Hello Friend
Clearly a distant 7th for Kashgar wasn't the ideal start for Flat Profiles but thankfully we have an opportunity to make amends tomorrow. There were 5 members of the team running today, outside of their ideal conditions, and all were beaten, including a 13/8 fav and a well backed 7/2 shot.

8.40 Thirsk: Mercers Row 10/1 Ideal Cond: OR<70; May
Form in Cond: 7,1,1,7,2,3,1 (other handicap form: 1/30, 7 places)
Positives: Has his ideal conditions. Runs off OR56 here after jockey claim. 2/7, 4 places on Good to Soft. (that is current official going, 0/5,1 place on soft in handicaps) 1/5, 3 places 7f. 2/8, 5 places Class 6. 0/1, 1 place Thirsk 7f. He was 3rd of 11 in this race last season off a higher mark and on soft (race on 10/05/14)
Negatives: No real negatives for the rest of his profile. 0/3, 0 places 16+ runners. Not enough evidence to prove he is a ‘smaller field horse’ as yet, these races are clearly competitive. 0/3, 1 place left handed. Again not enough evidence there.
My Verdict: 1 point win 10/1 (general). There are 4 places currently so EW may be safest option but I personally prefer a 1 point win bet at those odds, as opposed to ½ point each way.

That is all for tomorrow for the profiles however I do plan to look at the Victoria Cup from Ascot and my thoughts will be on my racingtoprofit.co.uk blog by 11am.
Good Luck,
Josh
