Apologies as I missed Sheila's Wish in the 8.30 Cork. 

She is a qualifier against conditions but on my assessment is a NO BET. 

8.30 Cork Sheilas Wish 

Ideal Cond. 1m3.5f-1m4f; August and September

Form in Cond. 2,1,1,3,1,1,9,4,3,12 (0/20/4 places outside)

Positives. Has her conditions and is 1/2, 2 places over CD. 3/6, 4 places in August. 

Negatives. All wins have been for CT Keane and he is not on today. Also 0/6, 2 places with 16+ runners. Of more concern is the break of 87 days. She is 0/6, 2 thirds when returning after 60 days. She is also out of form and has not placed on her last 6 starts. She is 0/9, 1 place when going off 14/1 or over and only 1/10 in 13/2-12/1 price range. 

My Verdict. No Bet. With 4 places she could run her race but there is a well fancied fav in here and those list of negatives are enough to put me off. We would be taking a lot on trust and her worst runs under ideal conditions have been the last 3, suggesting she may be regressive. Hopefully another big priced horse who fails to perform, and as always if money starts to arrive that could be a sign she is at least fit. History suggests she will need the run.
