Border Bandit ran another consistent race in his conditions, finishing in the money again. He found a couple too good on the day but his time will come. Onto tomorrow...

Ideal Cond: Class 4 or below; 1-11 runners

Form in Cond: 1,1,3,1,4,1,1,2,6... 1,1,3,2  (0/7, 1 place outside ideal cond.)

Positives: Has her ideal conditions. In very good, consistent form. 

Negatives: No notable negatives. 1/5, 3 places on soft, is not really a negative but most of winning form on a sounder surface. But can clearly perform on soft. 

My Verdict: 7/4 (BV, WH) 1  point win. She has been in superb form and is +9 points in conditions this season. Her last run was decent and she just failed. She should get a lead off Trixie Malone. The price is at the short end for me personally but it is a small field and in the context of this race is just about ok.

For information 4 horses ran today outside of their conditions. They were all beaten at odds of 2/1, 6/1, 11/4 and 25/1.
