Subject: 16/1 winner yesterday...same again today?

Hello Friend

Yesterday's Racing To Profit Members Report found a 16/1 winner from two bets, the other coming second at 5/1.

You can read today's fancies HERE

October was a trying month for my Tips/Shortlist/Big Race Previews with a loss of -0.75 points. It could have been worse, and it could have been much better. Thankfully the 'October Trainers' pulled in +25 points, so it wasn't all bad.

What is the free Members Report?

I know many of you may not have read the Members Report, or may not do so regularly,so I will quickly explain what it is...

This report is a daily post that has 4 elements, that make up my 'portfolio' approach.

  1. Micro Systems - each month I look to see if there are any trainers worth following, who tend to peak in that month, compared to all other times of year. So far, since August, those 'monthly trainers' have pulled in +39.5 points, to 1 point level stakes. There are also the 'jumps handicappers' as well as a few ongoing micro angles as well. Potential qualifiers are posted up the evening before.
  2. TIPS - well quite straight forward. Any horse that I fancy will usually be recommended to 1 point stakes. On the flat this is usually a sprint handicap and over jumps a Handicap Chase.
  3. Big Race Previews - focussing on a Big Saturday race or Festival, these previews + tip will usually use trends and stats as a starting point.
  4. The Shortlist - yesterday's 16/1 winner was on the shortlist, having drifted from 10s. Using my stats guide bonus report (you can still grab a copy HERE ) I could see that Evan Williams was 3/13, 6 places with NHF newcomers at Ludlow. The idea of the shortlist is to highlight any interesting horses derived from trainer stats/behaviour or profile horses. They are normally a decent price which does of course mean backing plenty of losers - but, the winners should be worth waiting for.
The daily posts are always completed by 10am (11am at weekends) and as I said the system selections are posted the night before. No Tip/BRP/Shortlist horse gets posted if I am not happy to bet 1 point of my own money on it (£20 for me).

I personally back all of the monthly trainer qualifiers systematically. I use the 'jumps handicappers' as more of a 'way in' before deciding whether to back them, although they have been researched to be backed systematically also.

If you missed the post for the November Trainers you can read that HERE (one reader used it to find 5/1 and 12/1 winners on Sat - as mentioned in the post, it was nearly November!)

The 'Jumps Handicappers' report is HERE

Finally, if you missed my new weekly 'Racing Diary' you can read this HERE - there are a few horses mentioned who I hope will be worth following.

Have a great day,

Josh
