It will be out on the Insight Timer App later this week. Talking of which, I am planning a whole new series of courses starting in March! These will be available for Premium members on the app. They will be introductory insights and activations for the Zodiac signs as well as the Gene Keys within each astrological month. It will be a great way to get a flavour of the 64 Facets of Frequency as they transit through the year.

The courses are complementary to the deep work I will continue in my membership group, The Gateway, which will reopen in March. The current year is drawing to a close, and it has been the most profound transformation I have ever witnessed in an intimate group. So many aha moments for all of us, and deeper levels of embodiment of our gift frequencies as we clear the shadows through awareness and activating the higher frequencies.

Keep an eye out in your inbox for the launch of the courses and group membership in March. If you are looking for an enclave to really immerse into and activate your inner wisdom, this is it. Taking it beyond the textbook teachings into  encoding your DNA upgrades to be felt and sustained.
