You’ve probably already had numerous emails just like this one reach your inbox, but we want to keep you informed of how the coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting Jonti-Craft and the impact it has on you and our end users.
During this trying time, we want to ensure you we take the health and safety of not only our employees, but our customers, partners, and suppliers very seriously. At this time, we do not foresee an interruption to production, and we are taking many precautions to keep our facility a clean and safe environment. We have kept a close watch on COVID-19 and are working with both local and federal authorities to help minimize the spread of this virus. Some of the things we are doing include, but are not limited to:
- Cancelling all business travel for the foreseeable future.
- Cleaning staff and efforts have been bolstered.
- Continuing to use healthy hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
- Following the CDC recommendations and encouraging employees who feel ill, have a member that feels ill, or are exposed to those who have a compromised immune system to stay home.
- Allowing work from home when possible.
- Staggering break and lunch times to reduce the number people in a shared space.
We want to assure you that, as always, we are committed to you and your customers. We will do our best to make sure orders are delivered on time and work with those who have timelines that have changed and need delivery times adjusted.
