2020 Vision
As we head into the fourth quarter of 2019, we are excited by the results to date. Our team has worked diligently to provide our products on a timely basis to your customers! All in all, we are pleased with the results—short lead times, high quality, and on-time delivery has been strong across the board. And furthermore, we expect these high service levels to continue into the 2020 year.
Speaking of future, thanks to a great supply chain and our focus on USA made products, we were able to maintain our pricing commitment in 2019—no tariff pass-alongs or mid-year increases. We expect the same next year and although we do have a nominal price increase, you can count on our pricing commitment as you build your 2020 plans.
Recently Jonti-Craft has introduced some great new products and we are excited to share them with you! We've added some new Makerspace STEM items, a natural wheat cushion option, and some Montessori style products—just to name a few. Plus, we've also been hard at work upgrading our Young Time® product line for release in 2020! This value-focused line will be made from our Baltic Birch plywood, ships RTA, and is eligible with discount/rebate programs.
