requesting them to add or allow vote on Senator Hatch's Per-Country
limit amendment # 1963 to the bipartisan DACA Deal in return for Senator
Hatch's support for this DACA bill:

Senator Orrin Hatch’s Amendment # 1963 will remove per country limits to make sure that there is Fairness for high skilled immigration and allow early filing for anyone with approved immigrant petition (I-140) to file for Adjustment of status.
These are fixes we have pushed for over a decade and it is time for Congress to pass amendment # 1963 under Senator Hatch’s leadership.
We hope Senator’s Graham, Flake, Rounds and Collins will accept Senator Hatch’s amendment in return for Senator Hatch’s support for the bill.
