As you probably already know that the bipartisan EAGLE Act (H.R.3648), the bill to remove per-country limits has been introduced in the House. This bill is very similar to the bill that passed with Unanimous Consent in the Senate in December 2020.
Building up on the work we all did together in the last Congress, there is a great prospect that the Eagle Act can pass this year. But to end discriminatory per-country limits, the bill needs your active participation.
