Immigration Voice will hold a public conference call to provide updates on anticipated Executive changes that impact the high-skilled immigrant community. We need to discuss the details about how the upcoming expected changes will impact almost every skilled immigrant family. Plus, we will talk about the legislative work we have been doing and a plan ahead. Note that we will be having a national lobby day event in DC this month.
Our Legal Counsel will also join this conference call. If you or someone you know is stuck in the green card backlog, and a beneficiary of administrative regulations such as H4-EAD, the AC-21 regulation (i.e. the watered-down regulation without I-140 EAD), 36 months STEM-OPT, or the Entrepreneurial Parole regulations, or requiring H1B extension, please join this call.
