Dear Friend,
We just got done with our conference call for October 2017, we would like to thank those of you who dialed in for joining us.
We have also released a recording of the call, some of the highlights of the call are: There were also questions asked on the H4-EAD program, the prospects of adding H.R.392 to other pieces of legislation and many other things.
You can find a link to the entire call here.
We would also like to take the opportunity to caution you that dis-organized Facebook groups (knowingly or unknowingly) working in cahoots with shady immigration lawyers and abusive employers - are trying to sabotage HR.392/S.281. Their latest scheme to derail H.R.392 involves raising the prospect of extreme measures like a discharge petition in the House and explicitly disregarding our advice about not meeting Senate offices to discuss the per-country cap bill.
We think that at worst, these groups might be actively conspiring with shady immigration lawyers and abusive employers - while at best they are lending credence to Alexander Pope’s maxim - “A little knowledge is a dangerous thing”.
Please stay away from these groups.
