While talking to a new, much younger friend, she noted how well I get along with all different age groups. I explained that age is really just a number and does not dictate how I act or feel internally (even though it can dictate how I feel externally - but that's a whole other story 😂).
I know old 20 year olds and young 60 year olds - age doesn't have to define our internal youth.
You can focus on your chronological age or you can focus on your internal, spiritual age and we know that the soul, never ages.
